HOW DEVELOPED JAPAN IS

           
Japan is the 4th largest economy in the world. It is the 3rd largest energy consuming country and  4th largest exporting country. It has the second largest foreign exchange reserve worth more than $1.3 trillion after china.
Japan rank 2nd in steel producing countries. Tokyo is the costliest city and most populated capital in the world.

Most of us are travelling in Japanese car companies Honda, Suzuki, Nissan, Toyota,  Mitsubishi, Lexus etc.

We can not deny the technological advancement of Japan. Most of the things we are using in electronics industry is also owned by Japan.
Example. Panasonic, SONY, Toshiba, Canon, Hitachi, Seiko, Sharp etc.

Japan rank 29 out of 190 countries in ease of doing business. Even japan itself has a huge local competition still foreign companies can do business. This ranking is because of their strict believe to prevent the foreign companies but after 2014, they have changed their rule in very friendly way so that foreign companies can do business easily. In future we will observe that Japan ranking will improve with the time.


THE IMPACT OF CULTURE ON JAPANESE


Japan is archipelago means it is the collection of  around 7000 islands but only 421 is inhibited by humans. Others are in the progress for living or any king of good use. Population of Japan is around 124 million.

But because of small and many islands they live in only 27% of their land(only on large). That is why they have highly dense populated cities like Tokyo etc.

They have a 2500 year old culture full of ethics,inspiration and hard work. They are very rigid towards their culture,faith and believe. 

They take their inspiration of life from their belief. They are stringent towards culture means they follow at their best with complete trust and dedication. They have a very common belief that never leave anything incomplete. 

Means if they have started some task they will finish before they leave or they will prioritize the task as efficiently that it will complete first before anything.

Even after surviving two nuclear bombs they developed like anyone else.

COMMON MYTH REGARDING JAPAN


There is a very prevalent saying that Japanese are hard working. But what really means about hard working. They are just doing work or job every time without thinking or planning. Constantly working without any directions. No,not at all.

Tell me any country which is not hard working. Every country is hard working we can not judge them without any clue.

Hardworking,Yes they are hard working but they are very smart too. They do not start working without plan. Their efficient banking system and less discriminatory social laws make everything so smooth and effortless.



WHY JAPAN IS DEVELOPED


There is a single thing(ethics or cultural ethics) which automatically effect others factors. They use their cultural ethic in their practical life. They practice their culture and tradition not as a flaunting purpose. They follow them in their day to day life.

For example speaking in loud  voice,they do not follow this act in their life. They apologies instantly for any kind of mistakes. Good thing is, we all have these instructions in our sacred books and traditions still we do not follow them in real life. 

The most amazing thing in their country is the work culture. Work culture means the way they complete work or task when they are in a group. They put themselves before their identity and personal discomfort. 

They developed their thought process on the basis of development of country is at first priority before their own. They positively inculcated hard word and truthfulness in their daily life weather they are in home or in office. 

These small things which they follow very strictly become their secret of success. The truthfulness made them almost uncorrupt country in the world. Japan rank 20 out of 180 counties in corruption list.

We can say that their culture affect them strongly but in completely positive way.Their attitude taken by their tradition and culture become their strongest weapon while development.



CULTURE IS ENOUGH FOR DEVELOPMENT 


BANKING SYSTEM OF JAPAN

Only culture is not enough because each and every country in the world has it's culture and almost all of them have equally great things residing with them.

But most of them are not following the good teachings or they are fighting for them since ages. Only to flaunt their strength to the world and proliferate their teachings. They never followed the teaching but they want to make them followed by the public or common people.

They never fought for the religion and culture even they have united themselves to fight with the cultural,economic and environmental problem which showed their sharp teeth after the World war II.

Second most amazing thing they have developed is the efficient banking system. Because no money means no economic development and no growth in industries,technologies and research papers. Japan use their money system(banking system) very efficiently with lowest amount of corruption or embezzlement.

This is simply because faithfulness towards their job and country.

They take loans from bank and invest them in industries, engineering, research, infrastructures etc. They get profit and they fulfill the loan as well as interests.

So everyone get profit from the better banking system. It is not just because of banking system,it is overall flawless system working behind this. They provide loans based on skills,talents and innovative plans not just because acquaintance of rich and elite class people.
